13k run with a couple hundred meters altitude. Plus rain and a bag for extra effect. Not sure I like this running with a bag on my back thing. Just an experiment to test, but I was using a regular backpack not a proper running bag. It’s a cold, rainy and dreary day but I had to get out for awhile anyway.
Weekend should be nicer.

The proper running packs are much lighter and breathable. Camelbak. Try it, you’ll like it!! 😀

My hubby hates ‘bits’ I bought him a Nathan hydration things… well I bought it for me and he snagged it…?it the first thing now he looks for when he’s going out… he reckons he doesn’t even know he’s wearing it… this is a guy who threads his laces back so they don’t ‘flap’ lol!!!
